JokeUp Comedy 2nd Anniversary Show — April 18, 2026
On April 18, 2026, JokeUp Comedy officially turned two years old, and we celebrated with a packed anniversary show at Enlightening in Tiyu Xilu, Guangzhou.
The night was full of laughter, surprises, and amazing energy. We brought together stand-up comedy, improv, comedy games, audience interaction, and the launch of our new JokeUp products. Before the main show started, we also hosted a mini talent show featuring three incredible singers, and the audience absolutely loved them.
What made the night special was the connection in the room — between the comedians, the singers, the performers, and everyone in the audience. The venue was packed, the energy was warm, and the laughs kept coming all night.
To close the celebration, we ended the show with a cake, marking two years of JokeUp Comedy and the amazing community that has grown with us.
Thank you to everyone who came, laughed, performed, supported, and helped make this anniversary unforgettable. Here’s to more comedy, more shows, and more beautiful nights together.

Stand-up Comedy Roast Day in Guangzhou City
Roastday at Cage’s, Guangzhou is one of JokeUp’s wildest and warmest comedy nights — a birthday show where the love comes wrapped in insults. The idea is simple: whenever a comedian, guest, or staff member has a birthday, the JokeUp crew takes the stage to roast them in front of a live audience. It’s chaotic, personal, hilarious, and somehow still heartfelt.
The last Roastday, held on March 28, was for Natalie’s birthday — and it was unforgettable. As a co-founder of JokeUp, Natalie is someone everyone in the community knows. Around here, people call her the boss of JokeUp, so naturally, she became the perfect target for a full night of savage jokes, inside stories, and lovingly disrespectful birthday tributes.
What made the night so special was that it wasn’t just funny — it felt like a room full of people celebrating someone who helped build the whole thing. Every roast landed harder because it came from people who know Natalie best. The result was an amazing night at Cage’s in Guangzhou: loud laughter, brutal punchlines, a packed room full of energy, and a birthday celebration that only JokeUp could turn into a show.
